Volunteer Terms

By registering with Edmonton Humahumanakanakapaua Swim Club, you agree to fulfill associated volunteer commitments.

Casino Obligation

The club requires volunteers to work at a casino fundraiser once every two years. Our next casino will be on March 3-4, 2024.

• Without the financial support of the casino, the registration fees would be over $2000 per swimmer.
• Each family is required to provide one volunteer to work one shift.
• A volunteer commitment fee of $250 will be charged to a family's account for failure to meet the casino obligation.

Volunteer Obligations

Each family is also required to complete the volunteer from and indicate the social events at which they will provide a volunteer (as outlined under Volunteer Commitments). 

• A complete list of volunteers for each event will be emailed and posted on HUMA's website once finalized.
• A volunteer commitment of $250 will be charged to a family's account for failure to meet the volunteer obligation.
