At Edmonton HUMA Swim Club, we strive to provide clarity and transparency regarding our refund policy. Below are the key details:

• All withdrawal/refund requests must be submitted in writing by email.
  
  
  Please send your request to ( humaswimclub@gmail.com )
• If you withdraw before May 1, 2026, you will receive a refund of your session fee's minus a $100 administration fee.
  
  
  If you withdraw between May 1 and May 15 2026 ( inclusive ), you will receive a refund of your session fee's minus a $200 administration fee.
  
  
  If you withdraw after May 15, 2026, you are no longer eligible for a refund.
• Fees are not prorated for late registration or partial registration
  
  

  Full season fees apply regardless of how much of the season a swimmer attends

• No make-up sessions or partial refunds are available for missed or canceled practices.

• Practice times may change; we will do our best to provide advance notice of any updates.
