Region C Championships -

I am still waiting on the ASSA  to provide some files to us, but at this time, I can share the following information: 
 
For every swimmer we have swimming the 1500, we are expected to send 3 Officials for that session. For every three swimmers our club has registered, we are expected to have 1 Official to sign-up for each session. Please sign-up to volunteer using the 2025 Region C Officials Submission Form. Please remember to sign up only for jobs you are qualified for. 
 
You can also purchase the 2025 Region C Championships swag! Please note, online pre-orders close this Tuesday, July 15.
 
The Regional meet declaration is now open and the deadline to register is a quick turn around due to our shortened season. Regionals will take place in Camrose. It is a 3 day swim meet. Please declare by the 18th. PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOUR CHILD IS SELECTED FOR A RELAY TEAM AND QUALIFIES FOR PROVINCIALS, YOU MUST COMMIT TO ATTENDING PROVINCIALS. If you cannot attend provincials (in Edmonton), please make a note in your declaration that you cannot be in relays. 

For regional entries, coaches will research your child's swims and compare them with others across the region and province. We will then select their best events, not necessarily their favourite events. Please respect our coaches decisions.
